How do I place an order online?

You just have to choose your jewel, add it to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to cart”. Once you have finished browsing our store, and choosing all your scstorepr jewelry, you must go to the basket icon (top right) and you have the option to pay directly or see in detail the items you want to buy.

Once in the payment process, all you have to do is fill in your information and choose the payment method.

After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be sent within a maximum of between 24 and 72 business hours to the address you provide us.

How can I use a discount code?

It's simple, you just have to write the code on the payment screen that appears after accepting the terms in the shopping cart. To check that you are using the discount code you must go to the payment process and you can see how the total amount of your order is reduced, click on "Show order summary" when you are on your mobile or on a computer you can see it to the right of your screen.

If you want to pay with PAYPAL you must accept the terms in the basket and click on "Buy", filling in all the information and including the code in its section. On the following screens you will have the option to pay either with CARD or with PAYPAL.

Is it safe to use my credit card to make a payment on our website?

Of course! We understand that the security of your personal information is extremely important to you. Therefore, we use a security SSl certificate to protect your personal data and credit card information from possible fraudulent use.

What payment methods are accepted?

Debit or Credit Card: Debit or credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as other international cards.

Is it necessary to register to purchase?

No. To buy in our online store it is not mandatory to register on the website, you can do so as a guest. Yes, it is necessary to provide the data required by current legislation: name, surname and a postal address. To facilitate the purchasing process, scstorepr requests an email address, this way we can notify you when the order is ready to be delivered.

How do I know if I have made my purchase correctly?

We always send an email to confirm that the purchase has been made correctly and then a second email to inform you about the shipment of the order and the tracking number or link. It is best to store your jewelry in a dry place. For example in one of our scstorepr jewelry and bag boxes. To clean jewelry, just a little soap and warm water is enough. To preserve the shine of your new jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend that you avoid oils, self-tanners, perfumes or other chemicals. All our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel and 925 silver, either 14k or 18k gold plated. They are waterproof, which includes all of our rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. You can always find the exact gold plating in the item description.

Are items that appear as "sold out" or "out of stock" restocked?

Don't worry, if an item is not available it will appear as "out of stock" and we will try to restock it as soon as possible.

Will the jewelry I buy be the same as the one I see in the photo?

The photographs that appear on the Web faithfully respond to the products, taken in high quality with the aim of reflecting each piece of jewelry in maximum detail.

On the other hand, there may be differences in colors and details depending on the monitor from which you are viewing our website.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States cost $3.99. With a purchase of $50 or more shipping is free, subject to changes.

International shipping costs $15.99. With a purchase of $100 or more shipping is free, subject to changes.

Can there be delays in my order?

scstorepr will comply with delivery times, except for possible delays beyond the company's control. They may be due to absences at home, you having indicated an incorrect address, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery, force majeure or local holidays. In these cases, the responsibility will be borne by the client and/or Correos and not by scstorepr.

Can the order be sent to another person?

The delivery address for online purchases can be any. For example, if desired, the customer can send the order as a gift to another person by indicating it in the purchasing process.
